HOLA 2024 Leadership Forum

HOLA Leadership Forum (HLF), is HOLA’s annual flagship program designed to bring together Googlers in leadership roles across HOLA, Afro-Latinx, and the Latinx Leadership Council from across the globe. Attendees will participate in professional and leadership development sessions, build a strong relationship with community partners, hear from executive sponsors, and enjoy networking with Latinx leaders across Google.

For this year’s HOLA Leadership Forum (HLF), the theme "My Time, Mi Tiempo" inspired the creation of a grounded and organic visual identity, symbolizing a connection to one’s roots and the journey of professional growth. The logo creatively intertwines the English and Spanish phrases "My Time" and "Mi Tiempo," reinforcing the idea that this forum is a celebration of each leader’s personal and professional milestones. This playful yet meaningful design reflects the individuality and shared experience of Latinx leadership across Google.
